Brian Murphy

Brian brings 15 years of corporate and consulting talent acquisition experience to the team. In his role as Sr. Director of Talent, Brian serves as a strategic business partner focused on finding high-caliber leadership coaches to join the Firm. Brian is passionate about building best-in-class teams and using his network of contacts to identify top-notch talent.

Prior to joining CRA, Brian was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Entech, an IT consulting firm where he served as a member of the executive leadership team. Brian and his team were responsible for developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for both the software and consulting divisions.

Brian received his B.S. in business administration from Shippensburg University with a concentration in human resources. He lives in West Chester, PA with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, Brian enjoys hiking in the Poconos with his family, following Philadelphia professional sports teams (especially the Sixers), and trying new restaurants.
