Daniel Sheres is a Managing Director in CRA's Leadership Practice.

Daniel works with senior executives and leadership teams to optimize their leadership effectiveness, influence, and capabilities. His results-based approach supports the ability to better perceive and navigate complex organizational challenges and market conditions, build more collaborative teams, and demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness through transition.

Daniel’s expertise has been leveraged across a wide range of industries, including management consulting and professional services, finance, retail, healthcare, information technology, defense, legal, and telecommunications. His recent clients include Deloitte, the World Bank, Johns Hopkins University, Oscar, the Solar Energies Industry Association, Rails to Trails, and the Pentagon.

Daniel is a graduate of William & Mary and holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins University and Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. He is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and is the co-author of two popular books on professional coaching: The Coaching Companion: Get the Most from Your Coaching Experience and Leverage Your Leader-Coach.

He also holds a black belt in Aikido and teaches nationally on traditional martial arts principles and their applications in leadership development.
