Eric Springer

Eric Springer applies over 25 years of executive leadership, strategic planning, and consulting to coaching and advising organizational leaders at all levels. He’s passionate about helping leaders reach their potential, building highly performing teams, and developing organizational culture.

Eric was raised in Germany and brings an international perspective from operational experience spanning 61 countries across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds Master’s Degrees from the University of Oklahoma and US Army Command & General Staff College.

A former NCAA Div I wrestler, Eric has coached the sport in many communities over the years and is a committed triathlete, adventure racer, mountaineering/rock climbing fanatic, and guitarist. He and his wife of 21 years, along with their two children, call Tampa home.
