Erin Berube

Erin Berube is a Managing Director in CRA's Leadership Practice.

Erin Berube provides coaching and facilitation for senior leaders and their teams with a focus on growth, performance, and people leadership. She creates an atmosphere that drives results while simplifying complexities, spurring performance breakthroughs, and guiding clients to communicate powerfully to influence and inspire others.

Prior to joining CRA, Erin built her own coaching and growth advisory practice, serving as an executive coach, growth agent, and facilitator of workshops for clients ranging in size from tech startups to Fortune 5 companies.

Erin is an accomplished business strategist with over 15 years of corporate experience as a senior leader in business development, product innovation, and P&L growth. She has worked with clients in the healthcare, technology, and defense industries including Aetna, Mytonomy, Snappy, DoubleVerify, and Dynamic Yield. She has also worked in leadership at CVS Health, Parsons Corporation, and Optum.

Erin graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. with honors in English. She earned an MBA with distinction from The Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. She holds certifications in leadership and team coaching, including CPCC and ICF-PCC. Originally from the Northern Virginia area, Erin resides near Baltimore with her husband and son. She is an active volunteer and fundraiser for local nonprofits that support the homeless and underserved communities. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and traveling in her Skoolie - a school bus she and her husband converted to a camper during the pandemic.
