Jan has been with CRA for 25 years and leads CRA’s Research Practice. She conducts research addressing diverse issues such as employee, internal client, and customer satisfaction; partnership effectiveness; communication effectiveness, including the frames people use to interpret messages; and strategic alignment. She has worked with a variety of organizations across many industries, including Merck, Con Edison, Cargill, Carlson Companies, Independence Blue Cross, Dell, University Hospitals, and Kaiser Permanente. She is co-author of the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Handbook and has earned a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Ms. Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with degrees in Economics and Mathematics. She received her MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Before joining CRA, Inc., she served as a marketing specialist for IBM.
