Molly advises leadership teams on the strategic use of communication to drive strategy and achieve desired outcomes within their organizations.
Prior to joining CRA, Molly worked in management consulting where she led a team that facilitated strategic changes and implemented process improvement initiatives. Her work included business unit redesigns, talent development and workforce training, market expansion planning, and re-branding projects.
Molly graduated Cum Laude from Auburn University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and cheering on the Tigers – War Eagle!
