Tom Bain specializes in executive coaching at some of the world’s top investment banks in the APAC region. Prior to executive coaching, Tom spent 25 years in numerous roles at the Central Bank of the Bahamas, Barclays Wealth, and JPMorgan, including Fixed Income Sales, Emerging Market Strategies, Head of Transformation, and Global Head of Graduate Recruiting and Training. During his career, he has worked in Nassau, New York, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Today Tom serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he teaches in the MBA and MSc finance programs. He is also the Associate Director of Career Development for the MSc finance program.
Tom was born in Nassau, Bahamas. He has a BSc (Hons) from the University of London and an MBA from Columbia University. Tom and his wife Toni have been married for over 30 years, and have four grown children. He now lives in Hong Kong.
