Leonardo Cotter has a long and varied work experience. Leonardo began their career in 1995 as the Creative Director of ID Intradesign. In 1999, they co-founded Calida Foods. In 2009, they co-founded Ohlala / Rico Burrito / Vacilon. In 2014, they co-founded Amaize, the first Arepa fast casual restaurant franchise. Finally, in 2017, they founded and became CEO of Craize Snacks, innovating in the healthy snacks industry.

Leonardo Cotter obtained their Bachelor's degree in Science from Moral y Luces Herzl Balik between 1976 and 1990. Leonardo then went on to earn a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 1990 and 1995.
