Daniela Piderit is a bioquímico from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master's degree in Food Science from KU Leuven in Belgium. They have extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, including roles as an Associate Researcher and Technical Coordinator for various projects. Currently, Daniela serves as the Head of Research and Sensory Evaluation at Cramer Productos Aromáticos, where they continue to innovate in food additives and sensory assessment. In addition to their native Spanish, Daniela is fluent in English and German.
