Erick Guzman Muñante

Erick Guzman Muñante is an experienced food engineer and specialist in the design and development of meat products, with a background that includes international expertise from Germany, the United States, and Colombia, alongside an internship in Chile. Erick held several key positions, including Head of Design & Development at Cerdeña, where they were responsible for the implementation of new products, and currently serves as Head of the Meat Unit at CRAMER. Additionally, Erick has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Food Engineering and Industrial Food Engineering, complemented by diplomas in Production Management and Sales. Known for their teamwork, adaptability, and proactivity, Erick actively seeks opportunities for professional and academic growth.
