Jaime Rojas Pavón

Jaime Rojas Pavón is a Civil Industrial Engineer with a Diploma in Strategy and Control Management from Universidad de Chile. They have built a solid career in management control, focusing on data analysis to enhance strategic decision-making. Beginning their professional journey in the electric generation sector, Jaime was responsible for monitoring and controlling the balanced scorecard, which led to a deep interest in data utilization. At CRAMER, where they are currently the Head of Management Control and Business Intelligence, Jaime leads a team dedicated to developing applications and dashboards to provide critical information across the organization. Their goal remains to improve the efficiency of data delivery and usage, ensuring it supports both operational areas and senior management.
