Matt O’Dette

Matt O'Dette has a strong background in operations and talent management, with experience in creating project budgets, tracking change orders, and booking crew for events. Matt has held various titles such as Vice President, Senior Director, Director, and Operations Manager. In addition, Matt has experience as an Associate Event Staging Project Manager, successfully managing project budgets and logistics for events ranging from 30k - 200k. Prior to their current role, Matt worked as a Technical Director at WBUR-FM, where Matt was responsible for audio engineering and editing for live radio broadcasts. Matt graduated from Emerson College with a BA in Communications/Public Relations in 2003.
