Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Crane Composites since March 2019, Shields previously held positions as Director of Global Sales and Business Development at MonoSol and Vice President of Marketing at Nekoosa Holdings. Prior roles at ITW include Director of Global Sales for the Security and Brand Identity group and General Manager of ITW Card Technologies, with responsibilities spanning strategic direction, market development, and product management. Shields began their career in marketing and sales roles at Loparex, Rexam Release, and Owens-Corning Fiberglas. Shields holds a BA in International Studies from Miami University and an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
