Jeffrey Simpson has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeffrey began their career in 1976 at the John D. Simpson Construction Company, where they served as the Marine Division Superintendent and also held positions as Co-Owner, Secretary-Treasurer, Project Manager, and Heavy Equipment Operator. In 1981, they worked as an Intern/Press Secretary for the United States Congress House of Representatives. From 1991 to 2001, they were a Sales Engineer at Marshall-Bond Pumps, Inc. Following that, they worked as a Sales Engineer at L.W. Allen, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Jeffrey then joined Liquid Process Equipment as a Fluid Systems Engineer from 2006 to 2012. Finally, they joined Crane Engineering Sales, Inc. in 2012, where they have held the roles of Account Manager/Industrial Wastewater Engineer and Industrial Wastewater Engineer.
Jeffrey Simpson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they attended from 1977 to 1981. Prior to that, they graduated from Joliet Central High School in 1977. In terms of additional certifications, Jeffrey obtained a Commercial Driver License (CDL) from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in January 2019. Jeffrey also completed Confined Space Training from JJ Keller in April 2023 and received MSHA Surface Mine Certification from CIS Safety in March 2023.
