Lance Crane

Lance Crane is the CEO and 3rd generation owner of Crane Engineering, a leading provider of fluid technology solutions.

Lance joined his father at Crane Engineering in 2004, subsequently purchasing the business in 2007. Since then, a focus on core values, diversification, and innovation grew the company into a $50M+ company with over 90 employees. The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce awarded Crane Engineering with the Company Innovation Award in 2016.

Before joining Crane Engineering, Lance led integrated marketing and new product teams at Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Twin Cities Business Journal recognized him as a "40 under 40" leader.

In January 2018, Lance will become President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley.
