Roberto A. Stern

Roberto A. Stern is an experienced operations and quality leader with a strong background in aerospace and electronics. As of August 2023, Roberto serves as the Director of Operations/Site Leader at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. Previously, Roberto held several key positions at AdelWiggins Group, a TransDigm Group company, including Director of Quality and a temporary role as VP of Operations. Roberto's experience also encompasses a role as General Manager at Safran Electrical and Power, where responsibilities included business performance oversight and site leadership. Roberto's extensive career includes leadership positions at B/E Aerospace, General Dynamics, Honeywell Aerospace, and PRAXAIR INC, focusing on operations management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across various projects and teams. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
