William Smith has over a decade of experience in engineering and management roles within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Since August 2014, William has progressed through various positions at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, including Business Director, Product Manager, Program Manager, Production Supervisor, and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Product Support Engineer at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., contributing to production line operations and product support. In earlier positions, William completed co-op programs at Sub-Zero Group, gaining valuable insights into the manufacturing process. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
