Dan Lapp

Dan Lapp is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in manufacturing engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Engineering and Value Stream Manager at Crane Co. since April 2019, Lapp previously held positions at John Deere from June 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing significant projects related to safety, quality, and productivity. Lapp has extensive expertise in hydraulic systems design and new product development, complemented by prior roles in design engineering and sales. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
