Dan Luong

Dan Luong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dan started their career as an Engineering Intern at NV Energy in 2004, before becoming a Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington in 2007. From 2008 to 2014, Dan worked as a Hardware & Software Engineer at Crane Co., where they successfully executed multiple projects and received a flawless execution award. In 2016, they joined Crane Co. again, this time as a Technical Lead, Electrical Engineer, where they led cross-functional teams and introduced new workflows to reduce development cycle times. In the same year, Dan also founded FenSens, a start-up company focused on helping drivers of older cars access features of new cars. Overall, Dan Luong has showcased their technical expertise, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial spirit throughout their work experience.

Dan Luong has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, which they obtained in 2006. Dan then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington from 2006 to 2008. In 2017, they enrolled in the Continuing Education program at the University of Washington. In addition to their formal education, Dan has obtained certifications in AWS Cloud Application Development, Software Product Management, Android Development, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Washington State.
