Michelle Yan possesses extensive experience in international tax services and leadership roles within significant organizations. Michelle served as Director of Financial Services at Ernst & Young from August 2008 to June 2016 and as Director of International Tax Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 1999 to June 2008. Currently, Michelle is the President of Crane China, a position held since July 2016. In addition to corporate roles, Michelle contributes as a volunteer on the Board of Governors at The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai from January 2020 to December 2023. Academic achievements include a B.S. magna cum laude in Mathematics from Gordon College, an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD cum laude from St. Mary's University School of Law, and completion of executive education programs in Finance for Senior Executives and Disruptive Innovations at Harvard Business School in 2018 and 2019.
