Sean Heath

Sean Heath joined Crane as Chief Audit Executive in March 2023. In this role, Sean leads the global Internal Audit organization in meeting the Internal Audit Charter as well as being a key leader in the Company’s enterprise-wide risk management process. Sean has a direct line of communication with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Crane, Sean was a Senior Vice President and Head of IT and Operations Audit for IDB Bank. Prior to IDB Bank, Sean held leadership positions with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, GE Capital, and Warnaco. Sean began his career at Deloitte where he progressed to Senior Manager – Technology and Business Risk.
