Stephen Vise

Stephen Vise is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Cranemasters since November 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held multiple positions at The Lee Group, including Branch Manager and Staffing and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, HR functions, and management of high-volume staffing accounts. Stephen's extensive background in recruitment was further honed during a decade with the Virginia Army National Guard, culminating in the role of Recruiting and Retention Master Trainer, which involved developing training programs and strategies for recruiting personnel. Stephen is educated with a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Business and Military Studies, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Liberty University.
