Ross Starner

Ross Starner serves as the Global HRBP & Talent Development Manager at Crane Payment Innovations since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Capital Management Consultant at Deloitte, where core HR assistance was provided to enhance operational efficiencies and foster a high-performance culture. At Penn State University, Ross supported over 45,000 faculty and staff members while participating in HR operations centralization and Workday implementation. Previous experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Express Employment Professionals, managing staffing solutions for 35 clients, and coordinating athletics projects at Franklin and Marshall College. Ross holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
