Mark Osdieck

Mark Osdieck, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and GAAP financial reporting. They have held key positions such as Corporate Controller at CraneTech, where they currently lead financial strategy, and previously served as VP Corporate Controller at RJW Logistics Group and Director of Corporate Development at Quantix. Mark began their career as an In-Charge Auditor at Bansley & Kiener, LLP and later took on roles at A&R Logistics, Inc. and RJW Logistics Group. Mark is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Governors State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Xavier University.
