Issy Urquhart

Issy Urquhart is the current Chief People Officer at Craneware. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources for CommScope from May 2015 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic and operational HR solutions for over 4000 employees in 30+ countries in the European, Middle Eastern, and African region. Issy also led the purchase and integration activities for the acquisition of the broadband business of TE Connectivity in Europe, which doubled CommScope's footprint in terms of people and revenues.

Before their work at CommScope, Ms. Urquhart worked as the Vice President of Human Resources for Convergys from May 2003 to March 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the creation and implementation of the HR strategy for key growth regions in Europe, Asia-Pacific (including India), and Latin America. Issy managed a direct budget of $5.5 million and a team of 50 people across these regions. Ms. Urquhart is experienced in working within a very dynamic global market and with three very discrete businesses that demand different strategies and HR support.
