Naveed Ismail

Naveed Ismail has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Naveed joined The Craneware Group in 2019, where they held multiple roles. As the Principal of Healthcare Analytics, they oversaw product management for the Trisus Healthcare Intelligence (THI) solution, defined product roadmaps, conducted market research, and generated new ideas for product features. Naveed then served as the Director of Healthcare Analytics, where they led the customer success team and oversaw business solutions. Naveed later became the VP of Customer Management, where they were responsible for managing customer relationships.

Prior to working at The Craneware Group, Naveed worked at SDLC Partners, L.P. as a Senior Business Consultant from 2018 to 2019. Naveed also worked at UPMC from 2012 to 2018, starting as a Financial Analyst and progressing to becoming the Lead Financial Analyst. In this role, they managed a team of analysts, provided financial analytics and support, developed budgeting strategies, and helped with user acceptance testing for cost management services.

Naveed also has experience in leadership roles outside of their professional career. Naveed served as the Chapter Advisory Board Chairman for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. and served as the Wise Health and Fitness Center Supervisor at Allegheny College.

Naveed Ismail began their education at Slippery Rock Area High School, where they completed a College Preparatory Program and obtained their High School Diploma in 2005. After that, they attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is listed for this time period.

In 2008, Naveed enrolled in Allegheny College and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics and Mathematics.
