Trish Tanner is currently the Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Ballad Health, a role they held as the AVP from 2017 to 2022. They serve on the boards of AdorationLife and The Craneware Group, and are an advisory board member for Autonomous Pharmacy since 2019. With previous positions including System Director of Pharmacy at Baptist Health and Corp Director of Pharmacy Services at Mountain States Health Alliance, Trish has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership.
