Hi, I'm Matt Cranfield — founder of Cranfield IT Solutions ( Integrated Technology Solutions) a hands-on IT professional with over 19 years’ experience across computer repair, internal IT, and tech support for homes and businesses.

I started this business because I wanted to do IT the way I love best: solving real problems for real people, with trust, integrity, and no unnecessary complexity. Whether I’m fixing a laptop in someone’s home, optimising a Wi-Fi network, or installing smart tech across a business site, I get a genuine buzz from helping people get their tech running smoothly again.

💼 What I Do:

I provide tailored IT services across East Sussex and the surrounding areas, including:

Laptop & PC repairs

Wi-Fi & full network setup

Smart home tech support

CCTV & smart alarm installation

On-site & remote IT support

Tech troubleshooting and consultancy

I combine practical experience with up-to-date knowledge, including cybersecurity certification through IBM. I pride myself on being approachable, adaptable, and trusted by a growing list of loyal clients many of whom have left 5-star reviews praising my patience, professionalism, and problem-solving.

🚐 I’m happiest in my van, heading to help the next customer whether that’s a home user in a quiet village or a business needing fast, reliable support. I enjoy variety, independence, and making things work better for people.

If you’re looking for IT support that’s down-to-earth, solutions-focused, and delivered with care, I’d love to connect.
