Clive Mitchell

Clive Mitchell is an experienced consultant and environmental health professional with a robust background in management consultancy, public health, and local government operations. Currently serving as a volunteer consultant and mentor at Cranfield Trust since May 2024, Clive previously held various management roles at Involve from July 2017 to March 2021, including Head of Operations and Local Government Advisor. As the director of Clive Mitchell Associates Ltd from March 2011 to October 2014, Clive provided tailored consultancy solutions to the public and non-profit sectors. Clive's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Environmental Health Officer at the London Borough of Hounslow from 1993 to 2001, where responsibility involved leading occupational safety and health enforcement. With a solid educational foundation, including an MSc in Environmental Management and Health from the University of Surrey, Clive also has extensive experience in performance management and organizational assessments from roles at the Audit Commission and various London Boroughs.
