Jen Macfarlane is an experienced professional currently serving as the Mobilisation Lead at Cranstoun since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Project Manager at YTKO GROUP LIMITED from April 2023 to October 2023. Jen's extensive career at BrewDog spanned a decade, during which various roles were held, including Project Manager, Recruitment Manager, Area Operations Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Manager at Mitchells & Butlers from August 2009 to February 2013. Jen holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham and a Level 5 qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management from Leeds Beckett University.
