Jon Ward

Jon Ward is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial roles. They began their career as an IT Helpdesk Technician for the City of York Council in 1999, then progressed to IT Manager positions at Humber Growers Ltd and Cranswick Country Foods PLC. From 2012 to 2015, Jon served as the IT Network and Security Manager at Vitacress, before returning to Cranswick Country Foods PLC as an IT Manager from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Jon holds the position of Group IT Service Desk Manager after serving as Divisional IT Operations Manager at CRANSWICK PLC from 2022 to 2025. They completed a BA Hons in Business and Information Systems at the University of Lincoln from 1994 to 1996.
