Ken Mesikapp

Kenneth Mesikapp currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CrashPlan since its carve-out from Code42 in July 2022, overseeing financial operations for a company focused on secure and scalable data backup solutions. In addition, Kenneth is a member of the Board of Advisors for StackHawk, providing expertise on accounting, tax, and treasury topics. Previously, Kenneth held significant roles such as Board Member, Past President, and Treasurer for the Berthoud Schools Fund, and served as Chief Accounting Officer/Treasurer at Code42 Software, Inc., where responsibilities included financial reporting for a global SaaS provider. Other notable experiences include being the Chief Accounting Officer at Rally Software Development, Chief Financial Officer at Quintess, LLC, and SVP of Finance and Accounting at Raindance Communications. Kenneth began their career at Brock and Company CPAs and Nykiel, Carlin and Company, CPAs, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
