Lars Huser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lars currently serves as a Non Executive Director at CRATE Brewery since May 2019. Prior to this, Lars worked as the CFO at Lars Huser from January 2016 onwards. Lars also held the role of Styreleder / Board Chairman at Next Game Travels AS from June 2018 to May 2020.

Before that, Lars had a long tenure at C More Entertainment Norge, where they initially worked as a Business Controller from September 2007 to January 2016. During this time, they also took on the additional responsibility of Sports Production Manager from July 2010 to December 2012. At C More Entertainment Norge, Lars negotiated and secured contracts for La Liga and Serie A studio productions and managed onsite studio productions for Norway's international Euro 2012 away qualifiers.

Lars was one of the founders of Meantime Brewing Company Limited in 2000, where they held positions as Finance Director until 2003 and Finance Controller thereafter. Lars had a significant ownership stake in the company and played a key role in its establishment.

Lars's early career includes a role as a Controller at TV2 Norway from May 1994 to September 2000, where they were responsible for budgets, management financial reporting, and project management for planning and implementing new systems. Lars also had a brief stint as a Transpoff at EK during 1983-1984.

Lars Huser completed their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, where they obtained a "1st with Honours" degree in Business Organization. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1983, they attended the Norwegian Army Signals Officers Training School. Lars Huser also studied at Trysil Videregående Skole from 1979 to 1982, where they pursued Allmennfag. In 1978-1979, they attended the Holt School in Whittinghame, East Lothian, Scotland.
