Robert Crady, A-CSM

Robert Crady, A-CSM, has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Robert began their career in 2006 as a Business Analyst Intern at State Farm. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Grand Bank in the role of Customer, Product, and Internal Support. In 2013, they began working at Southwest Airlines as a Marketing Business Analyst. Later that same year, they joined Ambit Energy where they served as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst until 2016. In 2018, they joined Toyota Financial Services in the role of Scrum Master and Project Manager. In 2021, they joined CrateBind as a Sr. Delivery Manager and Scrum Master.

Robert Crady has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management Information Systems, obtained from The Master's University between 2004 and 2008. In April 2019, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
