The history of Craven & Company

Managing Director Dermot Craven started the business in 1984, buying his first property locally in Stretford. The vision was to launch an independently run agency based on trust, honesty and support. Today, Craven & Company are one of the longest-established family-run estate and lettings agents in the South Manchester area. We offer the complete service for vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. We are able to provide a range of tailored made marketing packages for both selling and renting. This gives our customers the flexibility to make there own choices and decisions, when it comes to selling or renting their home.

Our stunning high street branch is located in the heart of Sale town centre. The modern and contemporary design creates an intimate feel where clients and customers will feel at ease, whilst the eye catching displays will provide the perfect showcase for your home.

As a member of the Property Redress Scheme, you are dealing with true professionals. We are bound and trained by a strict code of practice, giving you complete peace of mind.
