Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner has a diverse background in project management and construction. Mark began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Staff Sergeant and Cryptologic Linguist from 1998 to 2004. After leaving the military, Mark joined Maronda Homes as a Construction Manager, overseeing construction projects from 2004 to 2011. Mark then transitioned to Kacin Companies, where they worked as a Project Manager and Estimator in the commercial construction sector from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Mark holds the position of Lead Project Manager and Cost Estimator at Crawford Consulting Services, Inc., where they have been employed since 2016.

Mark Wagner earned their Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1993 and 1998. Mark majored in Psychology and Comparative World Religions, and also minored in Sociology. Mark further pursued their education at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLI/FLC) in Monterey, CA from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate's Degree. Their major at DLI/FLC was Modern Standard Hebrew, while their minor was Middle Eastern Cultural Studies.
