Benjamin Yann

Benjamin YANN has a diverse work experience. In 2001, they started their career at Microsoft as an OEM Marketing Program Manager, where they defined communication actions for the launch of Windows XP and negotiated co-marketing partnerships with major manufacturers. Benjamin then transitioned to the role of Contract Renewals Specialist before becoming the Licensing Sales & Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed annual licenses and service contracts, including signing a major contract with the Ministry of Finance. From 2007 to 2011, Benjamin worked at OPEN as a Business Unit Manager, responsible for managing a team and handling commercial relationships and technical projects with telecom companies. In 2011, they joined PEGASUS LEADERSHIP and worked on developing leadership training programs until 2014. Subsequently, Benjamin joined isatech as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant for a brief period before joining Crayon. At Crayon, they assumed various roles, including Software & Cloud Asset Management Senior Consultant and currently holds the position of Training & Support Practice Lead. In this role, they are responsible for structuring service offerings, managing resources, coordinating operations, and providing expert consultancy on contractual, licensing, audit, cloud, and training matters.

Benjamin YANN obtained a DESS / Master 2 degree in Marketing Engineering from IAE Grenoble in the year 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Maîtrise / Master 1 degree in Digital Commercial Engineering at Université Savoie Mont Blanc from 1998 to 2000. In 1999, they also attended Busines School Finlande (Seinajoki) for a Master 1 (M1) program, although the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, they hold various certifications in areas such as FinOps, Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, COBIT 2019, ITIL 4 Foundation, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, among others.
