Nicolas Pampilli has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Nicolas started their career as an Account Manager in Indosuez Carr Futures, where they managed trading equities and commodities. Nicolas then joined SIRIS, where they pioneered the development of the first wholesale trading platform in France for telecom commodities. After that, they worked at T-Systems France, where they set up a new vertical market unit focused on selling international voice and data services to the French corporate market. Nicolas then joined SFR Business Team as a Wholesale Business Development Manager, covering the Northern and Western Africa regions. Nicolas later joined BT, where they held several senior positions, including Head of Marketing for the Middle East & Africa region, Director of Strategy, Marketing & Digital Transformation for the Middle East and North Africa, and General Manager of BT's Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia. Currently, they are working at Crayon as the CMO COO for Southern Europe and previously served as the Director of Strategic Alliances for the Middle East & Africa. In their role at Crayon, Nicolas is responsible for driving the execution of the company's strategy and transforming traditional marketing to growth hacking. Overall, Nicolas has a proven track record in driving transformation, launching strategic initiatives, and strengthening corporate governance in the telecommunications industry.

Nicolas Pampilli has a diverse education history. In 1990-1994, they attended ESSEC Business School where they obtained an ESSEC BBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, with a field of study in International Sales & Management. During this time, they also participated in the ESSEC BBA program at the University of Stirling, focusing on Marketing.

In 2018, Nicolas attended MIT Sloan School of Management and earned a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and a Certification in Blockchain.

Aside from their formal education, Nicolas has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received certifications in Sailing Skipper from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), Strategic Agility from LinkedIn, and Agile Business Consortium Scrum Master from APMG International. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Marketing Foundations: Automation from LinkedIn and completed the Growth Marketing Crash Course - Live & Interactive Online Classroom Experience from Growth Tribe Academy. Additionally, in 2019, they received a certification in Adaptive Project Leadership from LinkedIn.
