Janeil (JL) N. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Crazy Egg since 2018, Janeil has significantly enhanced customer experience by creating strategic initiatives and expanding the sales portfolio. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Community Home Support Lanark County, Founder of Decorum.Link Inc., and various leadership positions at VON Canada, where innovative projects and data analysis initiatives were led. Janeil also contributed to education as a Professor of Computer Science at Loyalist College.
