We succeed as one team, not as competing factions. We share common goals and pull in the same direction. There's no "us vs them" between teams, departments, or roles. When something goes wrong, we focus on discussing and fixing the problem rather than assigning blame. When something goes right, we celebrate it together.

We succeed as a team - if trust erodes anywhere, it affects everyone.

We believe good ideas and arguments win, not job titles.

We are good at what we do. And if you’re good at what you do you don’t need to impress anyone.

We don’t spend a lot of time planning, over-analysing, or discussing things. We prefer to go live or try something small quickly and then gradually improve on it.
