Daron Ducay

Daron Ducay is a Senior Project Manager at CRB, where they have been driving project success since 2025. Previously, Daron served as a Senior Engineering Manager at American Regent, Inc., leading extensive capital expansion projects and managing engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams. Daron began their career at General Mills, where they excelled as a Production Supervisor and won the Energy Champion Award for their contributions to energy savings initiatives. Daron holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2004.
