Heather Walters is a Director of Sustainable Design and Delivery, specializing in decarbonization and life cycle carbon analysis. With a strong background in architecture and anthropology, Heather combines design and social understanding to drive sustainable solutions in the built environment. They have over 20 years of consulting experience, working on more than 8 million square feet of LEED-certified projects. Heather previously served as a Senior Associate at Thornton Tomasetti, assisting diverse clients in achieving their sustainability goals. Their educational background includes a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from the University of Florida and dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Anthropology from Ball State University.
