John Loethen

John Loethen has a diverse range of work experience. John started their career as an Estimating/Preconstruction Intern at JE Dunn Construction in 2006, where they gained experience in hard bid estimating and conceptual estimating. John then worked as an Apprentice Electrician at Pinnacle Electric from 2006 to 2007, where they learned and implemented various electrical standards and codes. In 2007, they worked as a Project Engineer Intern at GE Johnson Construction Company, where they gained experience in project management and engineering. John also formed King Construction in 2007, where they worked as a Partner and provided handyman and construction services. John later joined Burns & McDonnell as an Assistant Project Manager from 2008 to 2009, working on construction jobs in Marietta, GA. John then worked as a Project Director at CRB from 2009 onwards. In 2019, they became a Partner at KT-22 LLC, where they developed, built, and managed a multi-family residential property.

John Loethen attended Shawnee Mission East High School from 1999 to 2003, where they focused on engineering and architecture. John then went on to graduate from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science and Management from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including OSHA 30-Hour Course from OSHA in 2013, LEED AP BD+C from USGBC in August 2013, and NSC First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification from the National Safety Council in November 2012.
