Matthew Beier serves as the F&B Process Engineering Department Manager at CRB since February 2019, overseeing process and packaging engineering. Previously, Beier held roles at Ingredion Incorporated as a Senior Process Engineer and Manager of Engineering, Purchasing, System Controls, IT, and Continuous Improvement from March 2013 to February 2019, leading multiple reports and assuming managerial responsibilities in plant and EHS during absences. Prior to that, Beier worked at Archer Daniels Midland Company in various engineering roles including Fructose Engineer and Design Engineer from March 2001 to March 2013, contributing to efficiency projects and the design of green field plants. Beier's earlier experience includes positions as Shift Supervisor at Texas Farm Products, Ag Processing Inc, and Rocco Feeds Inc., beginning a career in the industry after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University in 1995.
