Rick Madoni

Rick Madoni is a seasoned project and program manager with over a decade of experience leading large-scale initiatives across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Lead at CRB, Rick has previously managed significant projects at Verizon, where they oversaw the deployment of over 1000 miles of fiber infrastructure and consistently delivered projects ahead of schedule and under budget. Their expertise extends to radio frequency engineering, legal advocacy, and contract management, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in budgeting, risk management, and process improvement. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and is pursuing a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
