Tom Rychlewski

Vice President Operations at CRB

Tom Rychlewski, PE has a range of work experience in various engineering roles. Tom started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer intern at Cerner Corporation, where they focused on foreign systems integration and debugging hospital code software. In 2006, they interned as an Electrical Engineer at Kansas City Power & Light, where they performed transmission and substation engineering duties, including updating schematics and participating in purchasing meetings with vendors. The following year, in 2007, Tom interned as an Electrical Engineer for Substations at Burns & McDonnell, where they designed grounding protection grids and updated substation wiring diagrams. In 2008, they joined CRB as a Project Manager, and over the years, they progressed to become the Core Team Leader and the Director of Market Team Leader. Currently, Tom holds the position of Vice President of Operations at CRB, where they are responsible for overseeing operations. Tom has ample experience in managing design activities on large-scale projects, writing proposals, estimating design hours and fees, and developing project schedules and budgets.

Tom Rychlewski, PE has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Robotics from Washington University in St. Louis, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Math and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from William Jewell College, from 2003 to 2006. Tom also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
