Pascal Mihayo

Pascal Mihayo has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Pascal started as an Associate Advocate at Ngalo and Company Advocates in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Following this, they joined NMB Bank Plc as a Legal Officer from 2013 to 2015. Pascal then moved on to the National Bank of Commerce Limited, where they worked as a Manager (Legal Counsel) from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Pascal held the position of Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary at FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Legal Services at CRDB Bank Plc, a position they have held since 2020.

Pascal Mihayo began their education journey in 2007 at Mzumbe University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Pascal completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. In 2011, Pascal attended the Law School of Tanzania, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law, further enhancing their legal knowledge and skills. In 2012, they joined the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and pursued a Masters degree in Tax Law/Taxation, which they successfully completed in 2013. Throughout their education history, Pascal focused on expanding their expertise in the field of law, particularly in taxation.
