Here at Cre8ive T3ch, we are a team of experienced project management professionals with expertise in as-built verifications, MEP & Structural systems analysis, cost estimating, construction documentation, permitting, material takeoffs, plans examination/QAQC, and much more in most Commercial & Residential Architectural industries. 

Project management is the core principle of our business, but we also provide services that are not typically conventional to a PM practice. This is due to the variety of services and skills we offer across a wide range of industry types and locations.

Some of our projects include a national Mall Ownership requiring the demolition & re-demise of existing Tenant spaces for future tenant leasing. These projects vary per location, and some involve full coordination of MEP & Structural Engineering. We also work on large scale hospital projects and perform as-built field verifications of existing spaces across country for other local Architectural & Engineering businesses.
