CREA Development is a Scottsdale-based real estate investment and development platform focused on luxury residential projects in premier, supply-constrained submarkets across Arizona.

The firm specializes in sourcing off-market opportunities and delivering well-designed, high-quality homes built with a clear understanding of today’s luxury buyer.
CREA takes a vertically integrated approach across acquisition, design, construction, and sales — maintaining full control of each project from concept through completion.

The firm partners with a select group of investors through structured, project-specific investments, providing aligned capital and a disciplined approach to underwriting, execution, and capital preservation.

CREA is currently focused on residential development, with plans to expand into additional asset classes over time.
