Miro G. has worked in various roles in different companies over the years. In 2022, they began working as a Mechanical Engineer for CREAL, where they were responsible for building mechanical and optomechanical light-field devices, as well as validating the design and prototypes. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Product Manager and Product Engineer at Artmyn, where they were responsible for defining the product vision and features, lead research and development, develop and monitor software app releases, and organize product technical aspects from production to client installation. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Test & Analysis Engineer and Project Leader at FAULHABER Drive Systems, where they were responsible for building instruments to collect data and perform tests, assisting and supporting sales members, and defining goals and planning for projects. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Jhonson Control Inc, where they were responsible for studying various processes and suggesting improvements, monitoring failures of the production line, and taking exams related to Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving and Teams, 5S and Visual Management, Error Proofing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Culture and Awareness.

Miro G. has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Ingegneria meccanica from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland. They also attended YONSEI University in Seoul, Korea.
